Info

Netuitive is revolutionizing the way IT manages the computing experience. The company's breakthrough self-learning performance management solutions automate time-consuming and error-prone manual tasks in managing systems, services and virtual environments - enabling IT organizations to identify, forecast, and resolve problems before they impact quality of service. The underlying technology for these solutions is Netuitive's Real-Time Analysis Engine, based on nine patents resulting from over 20 years of academic and commercial research and development. Research in mathematical statistics and neural networks at UC-Berkeley and the University of South Carolina in the 1980s and 1990s provided the theoretical basis for a "Rapid Learning" system. This development culminated in the 1997 founding of Netuitive and a ground-breaking publication, which described the world's first real-time computing system designed exclusively for continuously adaptive monitoring and forecasting. In 2002, Netuitive launched a new go-to-market strategy that focused on applying its self-learning technology to the requirements of enterprise systems performance management. The team of Bessemer Venture Partners, Columbia Capital, Flagship Ventures, Noro-Moseley Partners and Thomas Weisel Venture Partners provided the capital resources for Netuitive to fully realize its business potential. MK Capital and Cross Creek Capital joined the roster of Netuitive investors in 2007. In 2004, the company introduced its Netuitive SI product, featuring Netuitive Trusted Alarms®, recognized as the industry's most accurate indicator of impending performance degradations. In that year, Netuitive SI was also private labeled by NetIQ and BMC, two of the world's leading performance management software companies. In 2006, the company introduced Netuitive Service Analyzer, delivering truly automated business services management and an unprecedented end-to-end view of service health. This was followed by the 2007 introduction of Netuitive SI for VMware, the first self-learning performance management solution for complex and rapidly changing virtual environments. A fast-growing number of end-user organizations such as Kroger, BlueCross BlueShield, Barclays, MetLife, Citigroup and the U.S. Air Force rely on Netuitive software to increase the value of their existing performance management solutions, assure the stability of business critical applications, and reduce costs. Named by Gartner as one of just four "Cool Vendors" for IT operations management in 2007, Netuitive is continuing to forge partnerships with independent software vendors for a wide-range of IT and business solutions.
