I founded ICA in 1997 with the vision of offering highly specialized, real estate related services to a select group of elite, high profile, restaurant growth companies, and to developers seeking to attract them. More than 10 years later, I am proud to say that we service a prestigious portfolio of Clients, many of whom have been with our firm since its inception. In addition to overseeing all administrative and real estate brokerage functions of the company, my primary focus is on providing restaurant growth companies such as Oceanaire, Inc., an effective resource for the strategic planning and coordination of its real estate expansion activities nationally. To that end, we are empowered by a network of restaurant real estate specialists across the country with whom I have built professional relationships over many years. These relationships assist us to facilitate, support and execute the strategic goals of our Clients. During my 23 years in commercial real estate, I have established the respect of portfolio property owners in the retail, development and institutional investment communities, enabling our Clients to gain preferred access to the most desirable real estate venues and opportunities. We have also provided brokerage and advisory services to real estate development companies seeking to attract high profile, brand name restaurants to their mixed use or lifestyle developments.
