Acclaro - taken from the Latin word meaning to see clearly and to reveal - provides a valuable service for our clients. Initially, Acclaro assisted executives in Private Equity firm partners by evaluating potential acquisitions with our qualitative due diligence work. Today, about 60% of our work continues with private equity firms. Branching out, we have begun to work with PE firm's portfolio companies to help them define new growth opportunities and the roadmaps to achieve that growth. Today, after seven years of successfully working with demanding clients, Acclaro has grown to become a recognized and respected provider of business due diligence for top tier private equity firms and a premier provider of strategy, new product development and transition consulting for middle market firms in a select set of industry sectors.
