Comprised of Seattle Mortgage, Seattle Savings Bank and other lenders, the company provides real estate financing, savings products, and associated services for all stages of life. Established in 1944, the organization is one of the oldest independent mortgage bankers in the Northwest and remains locally owned and family operated. Our over 450 employees include many influential leaders in local, state and national mortgage banking organizations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. We are currently licensed to do mortgages in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Arizona. As for the Reverse Mortgage, we are operating in all 48 contiguous states.
