Metallic Ventures Gold Inc. is a gold exploration-stage company carrying out exploration programs at its advanced exploration projects in Nevada. The Company owns two advanced stage exploration gold projects Converse Project and the Goldfield Project, as well as the Esmeralda Project, which is on care and maintenance status. The Company owns its material assets through its three wholly owned subsidiaries; Metallic Ventures (U.S.), Inc., Metallic Nevada Inc. and Metallic Goldfield Inc. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Metallic Ventures (U.S.), Inc. acquired a 3% net smelter production royalty on all ores and minerals mined or otherwise recovered and sold from Barrick Gold Corporation’s (Barrick) Ruby Hill Mine. The Company acquired 100% interest in Richmond-Eureka Mining Company. The Company’s Goldfield Project is located near the town of Goldfield, Nevada, approximately 185 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada, and 260 miles south of Reno Nevada.(Source: ARS)
