At Harmony Primary Care Associates, we are committed to providing patients and families with guidance in making health care choices. The American health care system has been going through changes that place additional burdens on patients and caregivers alike. Although scientific advances are helping people live longer and healthier lives, accessing care can be difficult and confusing. We are committed to making an extra effort to communicate with you, and to helping you understand your health care options. Doctors and Nurse Practitioners working together provide a team approach with more opportunity for us to educate patients. Patients can select a Team Member who they prefer for routine visits, but our group allows us to fit patients in more rapidly for care that is "in between" Routine and Emergency. Preventive medicine requires patient involvement and patient choice in one's own lifestyle. Staff routinely communicate with patients and families, help assess problems and remind patients of follow-up appointments to maintain the best possible health. We have two offices, open Monday through Friday, with morning, afternoon, and evening hours, as well as 24-hour/day telephone coverage for emergencies. We treat patients over the age of 18 years, and have extensive experience not only in the office setting, but in assisting disabled persons in varying levels of care. We are accepting new patients and participate with most insurance companies and HMO's. Members of our office staff are Russian speaking, so a translator is available when arranged.
