El Centro de Libertad (The Freedom Center) provides a variety of outpatient programs to support recovery: prevention education primary treatment aftercare relapse prevention anger management domestic violence groups alumni groups The Lighthouse, a workingmen's house, offers the support of a clean and sober living facility to adult males who have completed a program of primary treatment. El Centro serves a diverse group of clients: adults, adolescents, monolingual and bilingual Spanish-speakers, and clients involved in the mental health system. We have offices located in Redwood City and Half Moon Bay. Many services are offered onsite in local schools, businesses and community centers. We may be able to provide services at your facility. El Centro de Libertad is now completing its first decade of service to the community. Last year, over 1000 adults and adolescents enrolled in treatment at El Centro. El Centro receives referrals from Probation, the courts, local police departments, San Mateo County Alcohol and Drug Services, the schools, families, the Department of Mental Health, and other agencies.
