Becker has been a general contractor in California since 1987. He has been active in the construction and design of custom homes and commercial projects in San Diego County. Five years ago became active in the growing concen of indoor air quality and its affect on our quality of life. He has been involved in over 500 residential and commercial remediation projects valued at over $3,000,000. James G. Jackman is a results oriented leader with twenty-five years of experience in both startup and Fortune 500 companies. He has been accountable for the P & L for three companies. Portland Homes, L.L.C., a small home builder completed a 36 home subdivision in Phoenix, AZ. James restructured the company, restructured the debt and arranged the sale of the company. James started Wiloroc Properties, L.L.C. and J & E Properties, L.L.C. both real estate investment companies focused on the acquisition, development and rehabilitation of residential real estate in the State of Arizona. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures James was the Market Development Manager Western Regions for Solutia, Inc.'s Keepsafe® glass program. James coordinated the market development efforts for two new branded residential building products, Keepsafe® Glass and Keepsafe MaximumÔ Glass. While at Monsanto Company James held many leadership roles; Marketing Technical Service Specialist, a Business Unit Leader, a Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor, a Process and Engineering Supervisor, a Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, and a Mechanical Design Engineer. James received a Bachelor Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit in 1984. James maintains that through education he can best serve his customers. Lori Heffelfinger is a management consultant specializing in Leadership Development and Strategy and Change Implementation. Lori has over 20 years of leadership consulting experience working with companies that believe investment in people significantly impacts the bottom-line. She has consulted with leaders at all levels of large organizations in areas such as: influencing others, building commitment with key stakeholders, and getting accountability and results through others. Prior to becoming a consultant, Lori was Director of Organizational Effectiveness in Raytheon's Electronic Systems business and Director of Organization & Management Development at Allied Signal. She also held leadership roles in Honeywell, Ashland Chemical, and Monsanto Company. Lori also serves as a board member for the California Association of Professional Consultants and is currently adjunct faculty in Pepperdine's Graziadio Business School. Lori holds a MS in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and BS in Business Administration from the University Nebraska.
