As a result we release product upgrades approximately every 8-12 months. We recommend you upgrade your software at least every 12 months to ensure that you're using the most up-to-date protocols and medical information. #8. Where can I get the update? You can download the latest version of our products on our Downloads page. #9. Do I have to remove the old version from my handheld when I update? If you are upgrading to a new version of a product, you should first install the new version for evaluation. Then if you wanted to purchase the upgrade to this new version feel free to delete the old version (and activate the new following purchase). Otherwise you can simply delete the new version and keep the old if desired. #10. Do I need a serial number or unlock code to update? Yes, simply follow the above registration instructions to register again. #11. I bought a new device and want to put the updated version on it. How do I do that? You can download your software again from our Downloads page. After installation, contact us at service@medicalwizards.com and let us know that you have purchased a new device. We will need to adjust our database to allow registration of a new device to your software. You will receive a confirmatory email with instructions on how to unlock the software on your new device. #12. How do I remove a Medical Wizards product from a Palm device? Go to the home screen on your Palm device. The home screen is the one which has all the program icons. Click on the Menu icon (this is the icon on the bottom left of your device, next to the Graffiti box). From the "App" menu which pops up, select "Delete." This will launch the Delete screen, listing all the products installed on the device. Select the product you want to delete and then click the "Delete" button. #13: Want to upgrade your product?
