However, onsite means higher cost than offshore. As a true partner, we offer a Hybrid Model to clients. In this model, only the mandatory team remains onsite and majority of the team remains offshore. Through this model we ensure that onsite components are minimized without adding worries and risks to the project. Depending on the completeness of the specification, project's complexity and availability of the client side resources, we suggest who and when from the Cybage team should be present onsite.
