A call center receives the orders and then electronically sends them to eSpeed Fulfillment over the Internet. Coming soon Wisteria will offer secure online shopping via www.wisteria.com. eSpeed has already integrated its technologies with Wisteria's online order-taking system so it can seamlessly receive orders as soon as Wisteria's site is live. Web site orders are sent to eSpeed through email, file transfer or script, whichever is easiest. Once an order is received, eSpeed uses its logistics management system to locate the inventory, ship the order typically within 24 hours, and email shipping confirmations to eSpeed's client and their customer. eSpeed updates its information management system which allows its clients to track orders and view reports showing inventory, sales, returns, demographics and more.
