Resource Associates Corporation was founded in 1978 with a vision and focus of organizational and personal development. The uniqueness of the RAC approach has always been that we help people to become more productive and effective by linking individual performance to organizational performance. In the years since RAC's inception, the company has experienced consistent, upward growth. Our growing client base is serviced by a network of Affiliates that have been selected for their experience in a wide variety of disciplines. In response to a growing need in the business community, and to establish a position of leadership in a global marketplace, RAC expanded its core competencies to include strategic planning and a comprehensive, results-driven approach to continuous quality improvement in 1992. In 2000, RAC introduced Rising Stars, a youth leadership development process which was developed and based upon 19 years of work with proven leadership principles. This unique process exposes participants to a personal development process that focuses on goal accomplishment, the ability to make good choices, and the reduction of risk behavior. Most recently, RAC has expanded into another new market area with great success. As many organizations are searching for ways to remain competitive in our ever-changing world, so are individual professionals. Executive coaching has become a huge market where RAC's Affiliates apply proven methods of personal development with measurable results for the individual coaching clients they serve to help them achieve balanced lives.
