Morrison and Abraham was founded by Lisa Morrison in 1985. Her vision was to create a consulting company that could help the radio industry tap into non-traditional revenue. In 1986 Lisa Morrison gave a presentation that inspired Sheila Kirby. Sheila became a consultant for Morrison and Abraham and took over as President in 1990. In 1996 Sheila bought the company, along with Becky McElaney. During her 13-year tenure as President and owner (now CEO), she oversaw the firm's expansion to a full-service sales consulting firm serving radio, television and newspaper. In 1999 Sheila and Becky sold their company to Ralph Guild, Chairman of Interep, the nations largest independent media rep firm. In 2001 she passed the mantle of President to long-time field consultant Sue Novicki in order to focus her efforts on further expanding the company's client base and diversifying its services. Morrison and Abraham has developed a bold hands-on approach to consulting that consistently results in increased profits for clients.
