By submitting your file to our system, you are agreeing to the terms of pricing and understand that your recovered file may not contain all of the items that you were hoping to retrieve, including but not limited to text, graphics, formulas, VBA macros, forms, reports, tables, charts, graphs, slides, pages or formatting. You as the customer also agree to accept all responsibility for the files that are submitted to our system.
