Recruiter Associates, Inc., RAI, is made up of recruiting professionals that are experts in the field of technical recruiting. Specifically, we recruit for engineering, scientific, information technology personnel and executive personnel. We recruit for candidates across the United States using resources such as the Internet, referrals, print advertising, job fairs, sourcing and networking. Our recruiting efforts are constantly in motion. We have 17+ years of recruiting experience and our recruiters have various technical backgrounds that help them understand the positions they are recruiting for. Our recruiters are certified by the National Association of Personnel Services and by the Society For Human Resource Management. We constantly monitor employment issues and attend training programs that keep us current on the latest hiring trends, recruiting methods and employment law changes.
