ICS provides clients with consulting services and training support to build a culture of error reduction and event prevention in their day-to-day operations. Our firm can conduct organizational audits that determine the organization's readiness to move to higher levels of error and event prevention. We work with management to maximize preexisting organizational processes and structures that promote Human Performance Excellence while developing fresh approaches that help install and sustain a culture of Human Performance Excellence. ICS also provides clients with Human Performance Excellence awareness and skill-building training for managers and employees. Training sessions are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of trainee populations. ICS strives to integrate HPE training with the organization's existing training resources and builds upon the organization's prior training efforts that complement Human Performance Excellence.
