HR Technologies was formed in 1995, combining the experience and capabilities of two successful firms: Brandywine Consulting Group and The Dartmouth Group, representing 25 years of HR and Management Consulting in the use of competencies for staffing and selection. The company received funding from the venture capital firm Early Stage Enterprises and several "angels," and began expanded operations in June of 1998. HR Technologies is profitable. Current investors hold approximately 45% of the equity, with the balance split between founders and employees.
