Established in 1975, Pulaski Health Center is a family-oriented health care practice that provides Northern Oswego and Southern Jefferson County residents with a variety of comprehensive health care and related services. The center is a subsidiary of Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI), a private, partially federally funded non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors from throughout the region.
