We offer fixed-price agreements that provide ongoing access to the accounting, tax and business advice you need on a fixed-price basis. Because your services are bundled under a fixed-price agreement, you are not inhibited from seeking timely advice by the fear of a meter running, and the resulting charges. Our relationships are being built around this method of pricing, rather than hourly rates, and offer you access to the entire firm's resources and experience in order to enhance you future and achieve your goals. Our fixed-price agreements are not the typical "bundled" offerings you might think of from other providers. We do not use off-the-shelf packages in our relationships, so the services you need are the only items included in your agreement. In addition, payment terms are flexible, but agreed upon, taking into account the timing of services, cash flow trends, and other factors. Consistent in all of our agreements is the "Unlimited Access" component, which is designed to break down the hourly charge threat that typically weakens the timely flow of information between other firms and their clients. It is all too common to hear about bad decisions and transactions structured improperly because the client feared the bill that might have resulted from discussing the issue or transaction in advance. We believe that we are of the highest value to our clients in these situations when consulted before the event takes place, when our creative planning and analysis can bring benefits. When consulted after the fact, our role is often limited to limiting damage, which is less that ideal for both our firm and our client. Unanticipated services are addressed using an addendum to the fixed-price agreement. As with the original agreement, we agree with you on the scope of the project, and it's cost, before the work is done.
