Video servers developed by the PSG team, in both Motorola and Scientific Atlanta head-end environments, served over two million subscribers of AT&T (now Comcast), Charter, and Insight's cable television systems, and captured over 30% of the US VOD Cable market in 2001. PSG's new media server software platform is fifth generation technology that leverages 100% standard PC platforms and IT protocols for the highest performing digital media appliances and systems in the market that integrate easily in standard networking environments for optimal workflow. Each of our principals has rich experience and proven success leading VOD and other pioneering "New Media" initiatives. Our Founder and CEO managed the commercial release of multiple generations of 24x7 lights-out, high performance, low latency media server software products as Director of Software at VOD pioneer, DIVA. Our VP, Product Marketing and Systems Engineering has designed communications systems for NASA and is a certified GE Six Sigma Quality Black Belt. Our CFO was one of the four founders of NY 1 News, the most successful regional news channel in the nation and now a global role model.
