Wachusett Mountain provides our customers with a number of ways to secure not only their equipment but also their belongings. We have on site security staff as well as an extensive security camera set up. We prosecute thieves to the full extent of the law. Please be proactive in assisting us in stopping thefts at Wachusett by using the tools that we make available to you. We have a Ski Watch which is located outside across from the Minuteman Lift. The Ski Watch is FREE! Keep security in the "palm of your hand" with a Ski Key on sale at the Customer Service desk or at Mountainside Sports Shop. In addition, there are Lockers located near Starbucks as well as seasonal lockers which you can rent through Customer Service or by calling 978-464-2300 Ext. 3300. Wachusett Mountain is not responsible for lost or stolen items. There is a Lost and Found area at Customer Service. Items are held for a time, then donated to a local shelter.
