Creative Courseware was founded in 1984 by Connie Swartz. Because of her experience in training and in the primitive technology of the day, our first projects were developing online training materials and software documentation. Since then we've done such a variety of projects that it's been difficult to describe what we do. Some clients think we develop classroom training materials. Others think of us as performance consultants. Many know us for our online training development.
