Owner and master builder, John Rousseau, has 35 years of woodworking and carpentry experience. For over 10 years, John has been developing intriguing original, imaginitive plans in partnership with designer and draftsperson, Lee Caesar. As designers of homes on and around the waterfront, Rousseau Builders recognizes the importance of proper siting of a home. We work to preserve the unique character of the land and position the house with sensitivity to its surroundings, while optimizing views and privacy. As general contractors, Rousseau Builders has developed good solid working relationships with a top-notch group of subcontractors.
