Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery was organized as a non -profit association in 1852, two years before the incorporation of the city. For well, over a century now, we have been serving the community by providing families of all faiths an everlasting resting place of serene beauty for their loved ones and a pleasant retreat where all who visit will find acceptance and peace.
