Gilman Ciocia, Inc., formerly Gilman + Ciocia, Inc., provides federal, state and local tax preparation services to individuals, predominantly in the middle and upper income tax brackets, accounting services to small and midsize companies and financial planning services, including securities brokerage, investment management services, insurance and financing services. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), approximately 90% of the Company's revenues were derived from commissions and fees from financial planning services, including the Company's financing and insurance activities, and approximately 10% were derived from fees for tax preparation and accounting services. As of June 30, 2007, the Company had 28 offices operating in four states: New York, New Jersey, Florida and Pennsylvania.
