Website for the Pottstown Regional Public Library, its programs, resources, and services. PrPL serves the Borough of Pottstown, Lower Pottsgrove Township, Upper Pottsgrove Township, and West Pottsgrove Township. The library is a member of MCLINC, a consortium of public libraries in Montgomery County, PA. The library is located in downtown Pottstown, at the intersection of Montg omery County, Chester County and Berks County. PrPL is an official U.S. passport acceptance agency.
