Established in 2004, Unity currently serves clients in Scioto, Pike, Adams, Lawrence, and Jackson counties in Southern Ohio. Unity 1 Home Health Care is CHAPS certified for Medicare. Certified provider for Medicare, Medicaid, Passport, and CareStar Waiver programs, as well as Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Energy. Private pay patients are accepted as well.
