Dr. Louie graduated from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and completed an internship in general surgery at Davis East Bay, University of California. Dr. Louie later finished a radiation oncology residency at the University of Washington Medical Center. She has been featured in Oregon Business Magazine as one of 50 Oregon Leaders. Dr. Louie is the former Medical Director for the Department of Radiation Oncology at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and the former Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
