Dr. Webber received his M.D. from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. He finished his internship at Good Samaritan Hospital and completed his residency at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Dr. Webber has been the Instructor of Surgery for the Trauma Division and the Clinical Instructor of Surgery at OHSU. He has given numerous presentations on various medical topics all over Oregon. Dr. Webber is a member of several organizations, including the American Cancer Society.
