Info
SpiritOne Internet Services was started in 1995 by native Oregonian David Wolfe, who, in 1977, founded, and to this day owns and operates, Telecom Medical Billing Systems. SpiritOne's goal was to be a profitable, growing Internet service provider. David didn't expect SpiritOne to become another AOL or Earthlink, but he knew that in order to be successful, the company had to achieve critical mass through growth. He realized there were two key components necessary to achieve the required growth: an offering based on state of the art solutions, and the best customer service and support in the industry. The Internet is a rapidly changing environment. To sustain continued growth and success, SpiritOne needed to provide the most up to date services. To that end, SpiritOne acquired the assets of Aracnet Internet Services in December of 2000. After combining the two disparate networks into one, SpiritOne was able to offer high-speed DSL service to its customers. In December of 2003, SpiritOne acquired the assets of Involved, Inc. and was able to enhance the web hosting options available to subscribers. What about the "best of breed" customer service? The easiest way to address that question is by turning to our customers. Take a look at the bottom of every sidebar on the left of every page on this site and you'll see a rotating collection of hundreds of actual comments from SpiritOne customers. If you were to review all of the entries, you would come away with a good understanding of the degree to which SpiritOne achieves this goal.
