REDWOOD is the vision of Susie Blue. After years of running the kitchen at Broder and a shorter stint at Savoy, it was time to venture out on her own. Susie wanted to create an inviting and relaxing environment where fresh seasonal dishes and spirited libations are served nightly. Susie, along with her business partner Austin Putnam, set out to find a suitable location of Redwood in 2012. They quickly found the perfect spot in the warm and welcoming neighborhood of Montavilla.
