Albina Community Bank opened in December 1995 with generous support from PacifiCorp. While today's shareholders include Legacy Emanuel Hospital, Meyer Memorial Trust, and others, the bank is truly owned by the people of Portland through the NE Portland Community Development Trust and the hundreds of individual shareholders who live throughout our neighborhoods. Through the years we have made many changes in operations and fine-tuned our goals as our opportunities have expanded. Now, as a full-service bank, we provide our neighbors with the financial resources they need to enhance their own lives while joining in revitalizing Portland.
