Northwest Housing Alternatives has been developing a wide range of affordable housing options for over twenty-four years. We started in Clackamas County but now have apartments and group homes in 14 Oregon counties. We own and manage a diverse portfolio of affordable properties including:, Low-cost apartments for seniors, families and individuals who earn low incomes, Supported apartments for people with special needs who can live independently, 53 group homes across the state for adults with disabilities, A group home where people living with HIV and AIDS can reside with dignity, A shared home for mothers in recover who are re-uniting with their children, Annie Ross House, a shelter for homeless families with childrenToday NHA serves more than 2,000 tenants with stable and affordable housing. From inner city Portland to John Day, our mission remains the same - to provide affordable homes to those who need it most. We're not resting on our laurels! We are very actively building and rehabbing more housing to meet the growing need for affordable housing.
