The center provides the tools and systems to remotely test and monitor the network from one central point. The NMC can identify, segment and isolate a problem before it becomes evident to our customers. When a problem occurs, we can pinpoint the cause, repair it and restore service faster. The NOC enables us to be faster and more efficient at responding to our customers needs. MichTel shall, at a minimum have knowledgeable customer services representatives available twelve hours a day (8:00am-8:00pm) Monday through Saturday for all accounts that subscribe to the free or for-fee services. The customer service representatives will be able to provide information regarding:Service and product offeringsPlacing ordersBill PaymentsBilling inquiries Taking trouble tickets Log on issues
