In 1992 I turned my ten year hobby/obsession into a business named "A-Computer-Ease." In 1998 I changed the name to ABD Software Solutions to more accurately reflect what my company does. I have been in my own business since 1969, and I know what it takes to properly service a client and help his business stay at the top of the "heap." Our motto is: "Service, Service, Service!" Here is how I define "Service, Service, Service." People at most other businesses think that you service a product. If they sell you something, they'll fix it, "at their convenience." And they'll fix it to work the way that they want it to work. I believe that you service a client, not a product. The client is the King, and it's my job to help the King to outclass his competitors and dominate his market. I understand that my livelihood depends on the King, because when I treat the client like a King, he/she recommends my team to other Kings, and I'm able to stay in business and provide for myself and my family. Having been in my own business since 1969, (and in the custom software business since 1992) and having worked with hundreds of business people and entrepreneurs over the years, my team and I understand business.
