We trace our heritage back to the beginnings of the original Lake Naomi Development Company. The land was acquired in 1963 with the purchase of the approximately 2,600 acres that includes 277 acre Lake Naomi. Our Managing Broker, Tom W. Fiers, has been a member of the Lake Naomi Club for 36 years, during which time he administered over 4,000 sales and a like number of listings for both the original development company and his subsequent resale firms that emerged in the 1980's. His brother, Carl W. Fiers, who still maintains a brokerage office in our building, negotiated the land purchase that created the current day Lake Naomi Community and sold the very first lot in 1964. After the development phase of the community was completed, the principals of the company stayed in residence to administer the expanding resale market that they had helped to create. Now, 42 years later, Lake Naomi Real Estate, Inc. continues to be the leader in property sales and rentals within the Lake Naomi/ Timber Trails community.
