Colonel Hoagies Family Restaurant was a North Bay tradition with its prime location along the Highway 17 bypass between Highways 11 North and South, and Highway 63 to Quebec. The restaurant had always had its appeal to the tourist crowd, but owner Tim Kuntz felt the business could do more with the right changes. He rebranded the resturant as
