Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Inc. (ESCCI) is a private, not-for-profit community-based organization. Since our founding in 1972, we have been dedicated to promoting the welfare, enhancing the quality of life, and maintaining the dignity of elders in the 22 towns of Barnstable, Dukes, and Nantucket counties.
