Home Inspector - Our A Plus Inspection is dedicated to providing you with valuable information about your new home. We thoroughly inspect all major components of the subject property to expose unknown defects. AAdvanced will give you the information you will need to make an informed decision. The inspection time varies with the size and complexity of the house, but a good rule of thumb is one hour for every 1000 square feet. A computerized report will be generated on the job, if you are unable to attend we will fax or e-mail to you and your agent. You are encouraged to be present, ask questions, and point out any concerns at the inspection. We inspect homes, condos, town homes and duplexes.
