Managed Services, Inc (MSI) and its predecessors were formed in 1997 to design and operate all Sterling University Housing Internet and Information Technology services. We incorporate a full time staff of certified Network Engineers, Database Administrators, Help Desk and PC Support, as well as Administration Personnel. This positions us to handle the full range of Customer needs, from Technical Support to Purchasing, Billing and Invoicing. We managed forty-eight properties in twenty-seven states with over 26,000 student residents and over 3,000 conventional apartment residents. MSI provides Internet Management Services to current customers who include Sterling University Housing, Asset Plus Properties, the PREISS Company, and College Park Communities, Pennsylvania.
