Spruce Mountain Inn is a residential treatment program for young adults with mental health challenges and other issues, specializing in substance use. The program allows clients to “step down” and transition to independent living over time and take control of their lives. Located outside of Montpelier, Vermont, we offer an integrated vocational and educational program that provides for exploration of many interest areas.
