Prior to founding ESC, Carol worked for 15 years in professional and management HR roles in high-tech manufacturing, retail and non-profit industries. Carol used Abra as a Compensation and Benefits Manager and was impressed with its ease of use and robust capabilities. In 1993, she founded ESC and has worked with over 250 companies in the last 13 years, assisting them in implementing Abra HR, Payroll and related software.
