Berkshire Hematology Oncology (BHO) is the largest private medical practice in Berkshire County. In the 28 years since the practice opened, we have treated thousands of patients with cancer and blood disorders, employing advanced therapies that are on par with the world's leading cancer institutions. We are committed to cancer research, and conduct a wide variety of clinical trials with the dual intent of helping our patients as well as making global contributions to future treatment programs. In addition to five physicians, the practice includes nurse practitioners, certified oncology nurses, researchers, lab technicians, medical assistants, administrative staff and a medical financial planner. Our on-site facilities in our Pittsfield office include X-ray, a laboratory, and PET scan. We are committed to giving our patients and their families personal attention and care. We listen to our patients as well as talk with them, easing them through the challenges of dealing with difficult and often life-altering illnesses.
