Posti & Associates, Inc., was founded by Chris Posti Tice in 1992, and specializes in achieving results in human resources consulting, executive coaching, outplacement, and speeches, for clients of all sizes and all industries. A sampling of clients includes Dick's Sporting Goods, GlaxoSmithKline, Marsh, H. J. Heinz, Sisters of Divine Providence, Mine Safety Appliances, PPG, Eat'n Park, and Giant Eagle. Chris' driving passion is enabling employers to realize their full potential by transforming their human resources. She combines her extensive practical experience with her strong desire to help people change. Her energetic and inspiring style brings powerful and lasting results. She is known for offering direct advice, focusing on goals and results, and tailoring services to the needs of the client. Prior to consulting, Chris held human resources and training positions in technology, manufacturing, banking and academia, and has worked in Pittsburgh, California, and Switzerland. She is past president and board member of the Greater Pittsburgh Coaches Association and past board member of the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association. She hosted CareerWorks on WPTT 1360-AM in Pittsburgh. For over a dozen years Chris has written the Sunday "Career Coach" column for the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
