The firm was founded in 1989 by two highly-regarded accounting professionals with "Big Four" backgrounds who had a passion for public accounting , and for providing quality service. The large firms weren't focusing on the unique needs of the governmental and not-for-profit entities, focusing instead on services designed for larger, for-profit companies. Our founding partners saw an opportunity to fill a void in serving those whose mission is to help others. Today, the firm has grown from a handful of clients to one of the most respected accounting firms in the region, with 60+ employees across three offices in Pittsburgh, Butler and Harrisburg. But our mission has not changed , to pursue the profession while promoting the public good.
