Leapfrog Research & Development, LLC is a privately held software development firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was founded by software engineers Andrew J. Kompanek and Brian H. Trammell. Leapfrog's internal management structure is similar to a professional partnership like a law firm: our Senior Engineers hold the title of Partner, management decisions rest with the Managing Partners, and more junior members of the team hold the title of Associate. We refer to our key external business partners as Allies.
