Whether you come for wellness or physical therapy, appointments are always 1-on-1 with the same clinician and in a private space. Clients come to us for wellness for relaxation & stress relief massage, trauma informed massage and for physical therapy for pain relief, injuries, pre/post-operative care, and customized in-person strength, mobility, and balance programs and more.
