Industrial Piping, Inc. (IPI) was founded in December 1945. Headquartered in Pineville, North Carolina, the company is divided into three operating divisions: Process Mechanical Construction, Automatic Fire Protection Systems and Custom Fabrication of Vessels and Skid Mounted Process Equipment. All three divisions are structured to provide turn-key services to the industrial market. With ever expanding needs requested by our client base, IPI realized the need for a customized approach to providing its traditional services. With this in mind, IPI's Process Mechanical and Fire Protection Divisions were charged with offering total turn-key field construction services. With in-house project management and experienced estimators supported by an ample staff of logistical and administrative personnel, our full service capability has proven time and again to match our clients' needs for even the most demanding projects. By tailoring our approach to each job to meet critical requirements and by focusing upon prompt communication with our clients, IPI has been able to control construction schedules and project costs. Our Fabrication Division has been organized to provide shop fabrication services tailored to meet the custom requirements of our clients. Located near Charlotte, NC on more than 20 acres with 70,000 square feet of shop space, IPI specializes in fabricating skid mounted process equipment, piping assemblies and pressure vessels. As in the field, the goals of our shop are to build only products with the highest level of quality while meeting our customers expectations for on-time delivery. Operating with an open shop philosophy, Industrial Piping provides the resources and sound management procedures developed over the past fifty years. As an extension of our client's organization, Industrial Piping provides direction consistent with objectives. And, IPI can work within the framework of a variety of contract formats. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best focused service possible aimed to result in timely completion of projects, on budget and with the highest level of quality.
