Founded in 1991, Kelly Broadcasting Systems (KBS) is a fully integrated telecommunications service provider. KBS was acquired by EchoStar Communications Corp in March of 2000. Located in Pine Brook, New Jersey, KBS operates a progressive and innovative telecommunications company that focuses on servicing DISH Network's International Programming partners. KBS provides full distribution and representation services on behalf of DISH Network's International and Domestic Programming Services. The KBS International Marketing Department creates advertising, marketing and promotional campaigns specifically designed to meet the unique needs of each client. EchoStar's Pine Brook Facility also houses DISH Network's International Call Center with a staff of over 400 Customer Service Representatives available 7-days-a-week to assist DISH Network's international subscribers.
