Katz & Associates, PA was founded in 1967 in Baltimore, Maryland by Melvin M. Katz and Arthur L. Wiley, Jr. In 1974, they were joined in practice by David I. Katz. Together, they built an accounting and management advisory firm based on quality service and client trust. Even as the firm grows, more than 10% of the firm's clients have been associated with the practice for more than 30 years.
